We are looking for our next GEM (Growth & Engagement Manager) to develop the french market

The GEM missions are:

• Build and Engage our Client’s community
• Design and Deliver a clear communication strategy across all channels,
• Drive thought leadership in the CRM and ATS space, leading with data and insights,
• Challenge and Align stack and process to increase performance,
• Support the MIT_X team (Market Intelligence and Talent Experience) to Build and Engage our Talent’s community

Profile: 

• Curious, Go getter, Dynamic
• Structured and Responsible
• Agile and Responsive.
• Tech Savvy and interested in challenging the status quo
• Great knowledge of CRM and analytics.
• A software engineer background is appreciated yet not mandatory.
• Excellent command of English and an other European language (written/oral).

Location: 

• Based in any EU country.

The MIT_X  missions are:

• Constantly gather and analyze market trends and build Hyppies talent pool and delivery capabilities accordingly
• Create insightful “white paper” to update our community about above mentioned trends and the Future of Work
• Entrepreneurial and inquisitive approach to identify areas for new business opportunities
• To be resourceful and at the forefront of identifying new and upcoming venues to source and engage Talents (Job boards/Platforms/Forums etc.)
• Design processes and align our systems (ATS/Website/Partners) to ensure the best possible User eXperience for both Talents and Recruiters
• Drive continuous improvement and automation to further enhance productivities
• Design and implement Talent Engagement processes
• Lead and develop the MIT_X Team members
